Infiltration Unit 7 is an advanced synthoid. He's bigger, tougher, and comes with a lot more weapons than his predecessors (the toy manufacturers are going to love him!). His main weakness is the fact that with all that metalic muscle and bulk his designers gave him, they didn't leave much room for a brain. IU7 has a one track mind- he can only focus on a single goal at a time. Unfortunately, this goal is to kill Zeta (it used to be the assassination of Raymond DeFlores, an international arms dealer, but after sustaining quite a bit of damage his programming rebooted itself and targeted the first 'person' he saw- Zeta).

Like Zeta, IU7 has holographic abilities that allow him to blend in with a crowd. But his gruff nature, lack of social skills, and overall 'robot-ness' usually make him stand out quite a bit. While Zee is generally pretty careful about letting people see him sans holograph, IU7 doesn't seem to care. He also doesn't seem to care about all of the damage he causes (both to people and to their property). IU7 is a typical bully.

Although his battle with Zee and Batman seems like it would have destroyed him- his body was pulled apart in every direction by an MRI machine, after all- he makes another appearance in Season 2 after rebuilding himself with the help of a little boy obsessed with robotics and electronics (no, not Bucky). He is finally squashed at the end of the episode but we all know he's still around- this is IU7 we're talking about! He's right up there with the T-2000!
