Agent Rush is West's new partner. Although her skill rivals that of Agent Lee's, her temperment is another matter entirely. Rush is quite aware of her talents and takes pride in her work- she's earned the right to be a little haughty. Therefore, it irritates her to no end to be partnered with Agent West. She must not be used to failing because she doesn't handle it quite as gracefully as her predecessor- when she's angry with West, he knows it.

West is a little unprepared for his new partner's personality. Even his most boastful tales couldn't illicit more than a sigh from Lee. But Rush bristles in annoyance before he can even complete a sentence. Most of the time she manages to bite back a mean statement and rolls her eyes, instead. However, she has become just a bit more frugal with her return fire; on several occasions she's let West make a fool of himself without feeling the need to rub it in his face later. They may never be friends but apparently they're not enemies.

Lastly, while Lee was often hesitant in her actions, Rush is certain of Zeta's guilt and therefore has no qualms about following orders. Lacking Lee's holdups and possessing an arsenal of useful abilities, Rush may prove to be a dangerous roadblock in Zeta's path. Then again, she's still got West to deal with.

As a side-note, Rush doesn't seem to have a first name. And if she does, it's never been mentioned. It just doesn't seem fair, does it? Well, Antje decided to give her one: Karen. She's launched the "Give Rush a Name Campaign" and we're both rooting for 'Karen' to be picked up by the production team. Help us get Rush an official first name! :)
