[TZP TRIVIA]
Every good show has a few hidden jokes and some fun trivia tidbits- TZP is no exception. So, I decided to collect some of the interesting things that have been noticed by TZP fans- mostly conjecture but still worth pondering. If you've got something to add to this list, email me! :)
You probably already know that Rosalie means 'Rose' but did you know that Zeta also means 'Rose?' And Rohan, another form of Rowen, means 'reddish'... So Rosalie Rowen is like saying 'Rose Red!' And then there's the obvious: Ro + Zee = Rosie. Taking that a step farther, Ro + Zeta = Rozeta (perhaps a loose version of Rosetta?). And Ro and Zee's first real connection occured in a garden where Zeta was smelling roses (actually, I don't remember if they were really roses or some other kind of flower- but the phrase 'stop and smell the roses' was used in the episode). And how does this all tie in? I'm still not sure. But I think somebody at Warner Bros. really likes roses...
In The Next Gen, Zee and Ro pass several passenger gates in the airport. Two of them are Moose AIR and VIP AIR. I wonder if Moose Airlines is the 2040 version of Alaska Air? And how much do you want to bet VIP is the successor of Concorde? *GRIN*
Ro and Zeta are both Greek letters. Ro is also the first two letters in 'robot'. -Mouse
Chemists have discovered a new form of carbon atom. Shaped like the Epcot Centre at Disneyworld, it's called Buckminsterfullerene, or Bucky-ball for short. Could this be where our favourite boy genius got his name? -SteelNeko
At the end of Cabin Pressure when everyone is standing in the subway station you can see "YVR6" written in the background. If you look up airport codes, YVR would be the Vancouver International Airport, Vancouver, British Columbia (Canada). -SteelNeko
